Kreisler Import  has a NEN-ISO 9001:2008 certification for all departments.

The certification is recognized globally as a commitment to quality control, and serves as a basis for continual quality improvement.

Kreisler identified a quality improvement strategy which led the company to implement an online quality management system, making it possible to focus on improving quality practices and customer-driven quality results.

The ISO 9001 certification, awarded by DNV (Det Norske Veritas), demonstrates Kreisler's commitment to employing best practice procedures in its facilities and enhancing customer satisfaction.

On a regular basis we contact our suppliers and possible complaints are evoluted to prevent them in the future. Next to the auditor of DNV, auditors of several customers examine the processes as they are carried out by Kreisler Import BV.
